If you're looking for a fun activity this Valentine's Day, look no further than these Valentine's Day Word Search cards. February 14th is not meant to be stressful, it should be fun! I love involving my children and use it as an excuse for us to spend some quality time together, whilst they're still young enough. Also, I'm hoping one day their partners will appreciate my efforts since my boys will know just how to show their love, even when it's not Valentine's Day.
Now let the fun begin, search and find 9 hidden love-themed words with this Valentine's Day word search activity. Below I'll detail what you can do with them and what's included, you can even check out the quick video I whipped up.
If you'd just like to skip ahead to the printables now, you'll find a large green button at the end of this post where you can download it.

There are so many things to do with these fun cards. Firstly you'll note that in the photos I've attached a crayon to each card. I used washi tape so that it wouldn't rip the paper when taken off. You could also attach a small pen or pencil for those who are old enough to own their pen license. If you don't have washi tape, use regular tape on the back of the card or punch a hole in the card to slide a writing utensil through.
These printable Valentine's word search cards are such a quick and simple craft. This makes it easy for little ones to make or if you're gifting a lot of them, their simplicity will save you time.
Essentially I created these cards for kids but let's not limit ourselves there. Here are some ideas that you could use your free printable Valentine's puzzles for:

Designed in a romantic soft pink colour with a sweet watercolour heart banner. This download prints 4 cards per page. At the top of the cards you will find a section with the words “To” and “From”. Here you (or your child) can fill in the names or simply leave blank if you prefer.
The page is US Letter 8.5″ x 11″ however you can also print to A4. For the exact size, ensure your printer is set to “Actual Size” or scaled at 100%. You can also view more tips on downloading and printing my printables here. I would recommend printing on a smooth white card, something around 200gsm/70lb or heavier.
As always, you can use these for personal use, homeschooling, or your own classroom. Please do not sell, redistribute/share the file, or claim it as your own. If someone else in your school would like to use them for their class, that's great! All I ask is that you provide them with the signup link so they can download it also. I would greatly appreciate that. A Visual Merriment is reader-supported and as such this helps to keep me here, creating more for my fabulous readers (you!).
That's it, so simple! I hope you have so much fun with these free printable Valentine's Day puzzles. Don't forget to check out my shop for more printable Valentine's Day games and activities.
